The ground floor room felt cramped and dark, limiting natural light!!! More thoughtful room assignments could enhance the overall experience!!! An upgrade in decor style seems overdue!!!

awesome location close enough to all the restaurants and bars, and the water taxi, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel.

The room itself was a nice size with comfortable beds. I enjoyed relaxing in the garden view area during the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The lack of dining options in the immediate vicinity was a slight drawback.

There was no pool.

I would definitely come back, this place suited our needs. Overall outstanding food, plus there is Rainbow Grill close by.

The property was right in the heart of the city. The staff was kind, offered concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge. My deluxe queen room with great TV, balcony, as example was big size and bright.

The Rooftop terrace offered fine views and a perfect spot for evening relaxation, with plenty of space to unwind. The bright decor throughout the hotel created an inviting atmosphere that felt cute every time you returned.

The hotel has a significant annoyance with the hot water system. Every time someone turns it on, a loud compressor kicks in, which can disrupt your relaxation and sleep. Being shuffled between two different rooms over a two-night stay was frustrating, especially considering the check-in and check-out hassle that comes with that.

We enjoyed adventures in the water, especially kayaking. The location was perfect. We loved hanging out at the beach, and the rooftop was a fantastic spot for sunset views. Our whole family felt at home with the spacious room and friendly vibe of the place.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly activities would be great.

The location was perfect, right by everything, and the staff were great too make our quiet weekend enjoyable. I appreciated the clean, comfortable beautiful queen room with great amenities like a mini fridge and free kayak rentals.

The location of Jan's is fantastic. Right by the Split, it's easy to access everything on the island. The ice cream stand next door is a good bonus. Check-in was quick, and Gabriel was super friendly, helping with our bags. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I loved the powerful water pressure in the shower. We faced an annoying issue where the AC leaked, but maintenance responded right away to fix it. It would be nice to have more variety in the breakfast options. The vibe here is cute and relaxing, perfect for making memories on Caye Caulker.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, the central location made it easy to explore the entire island and the beach area was fantastic.

Can't fault anything about it.
